• Usage Data – Log files, analytics events, and interaction history within the platform.
• Device & Technical Data – IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

c) Information From Integrations

If you connect Messa to third-party services (e.g., ATS, conferencing tools), we may collect information from those services in accordance with your permissions and their terms.

d) Interview Data Collected by Sidekick

When you use Messa Sidekick during an interview:

• Transcripts and Audio/Video Recordings – If enabled, Sidekick may process recordings or live transcriptions of interviews.
• Metadata – Date, time, participants, and duration of interviews.
• Structured Notes & Analytics – AI-generated summaries, skill assessments, and evaluation data based on the interview conversation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including Messa Sidekick.
• Process and analyze interview transcripts, notes, and related content.
• Generate AI-assisted insights and recommendations.
• Personalize your experience and configure your workspace.
• Communicate with you, including service updates and support.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Use aggregated and de-identified information for research, analytics, and product improvement. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
